Teaching Experience

I have taught in the Low Residency MFA programs at Eastern Oregon University and West Virginia Wesleyan College. I have also taught creative writing classes for The Loft, Hugo House, Gotham Writers’ Workshop, the IPRC, and the Attic.

I am currently Assistant Professor of Creative Writing at Eastern Kentucky University and teaching in the Bluegrass Writers Studio Low-Residency MFA program. This is a fantastic, affordable, and progressive program. Students study remotely, except for an annual 10-day visit to Kentucky. Students also have the option of studying in Lisbon, Portugal during the summer residency.

More information can be found on the program’s website here.
